I am the first to openly admit that I was a lazy teenager, exercise was a chore, but after having my first child, I found a great group fitness class and I was hooked instantly.

Many years and 2 more children later, I am still hooked and love pushing my body; whether it be lifting weights, spin class, group fitness classes, trail runs or anything else that gets the blood pumping!!!

I want to help other people see that moving their bodies is a great way to get the endorphins pumping, while still having fun and getting the results they are after.

Qualifications: New Zealand Certificate in Exercise level 4 & 5, Olympic Weightlifting Technique Level 1, Qualified Spinning Instructor

Fave Food: Chocolate and cheese.

Fave Exercise: Burpees, Box Jumps and Deadlifts
