HIIT.
Also known as high intensity interval training, this class combines short bursts of intense exercise followed with short periods of rest to get the heart rate elevated.
HIIT has a mix of cardio & resistance training, don’t let the name scare you off, this class is designed for all fitness levels & is good for fat burning & keeping fit.
Activ8.
Designed to improve cardiovascular health, increase muscle strength, expand your range of movement and improve activities for daily living.
ACTIV8 consists of low-impact resistance training, low-intensity cardio exercises, stretching & coordination activities to help with muscle memory.

Smashfit.
A high impact cardio workout incorporating boxing training. This class is designed to condition the body into optimal fitness as well as working on core strength.
A great all-over workout, suitable for all levels of fitness.
Core & Glutes.
This class targets and sculpts the lower body, focusing on abs and glutes to build strength and definition. It combines lower body resistance exercises with core work using body weight, weights, and resistance bands. The class is designed for all fitness levels and aims to improve muscle tone, strength, and overall fitness.
This class delivers an intense regime that is designed to yield results. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Dawn Squad.
Military style training where the classroom is the battlefield and your enemy is your mind telling you to quit!!
This class is a hard and fast 30 minutes of military style exercises aimed at maximum effort in minimal time.
Perfect for those who need to be out of the gym by 6am! Suitable for all fitness levels.
XLR8.
A fusion of compound, functional & anaerobic workouts to accelerate the heart rate while accelerating the confidence to perform your more technical compound lifts.
This class is great for anyone wanting to up their game with their strength training. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Evolution Revolution.
This high energy cycling class is a fun, energetic and heart-pounding cardio workout great for all ages and fitness levels. Going at your own pace, but feeling motivated by high energy music, your trainer and your fellow ‘spinners’, you will experience a highly efficient full body workout that optimises fat burn and muscle toning.
