HIIT.
Also known as high intensity interval training, this class combines short bursts of intense exercise followed with short periods of rest to get the heart rate elevated.
HIIT has a mix of cardio & resistance training, don’t let the name scare you off, this class is designed for all fitness levels & is good for fat burning & keeping fit.
Silver Circuit.
A class for our over 55s, designed to improve cardiovascular health, increase muscle strength, expand your range of movement and improve activities for daily living.
Our Silver Circuit consists of low impact resistance training, low intensity cardio exercises, stretching & coordination activities to help with muscle memory.
Smashfit.
A high impact cardio workout incorporating boxing, kickboxing & MMA training. This class is designed to condition the body into optimal fitness based on the training concepts used by combat athletes all over the world.
Incorporating the use of prowler sleds, boxing bags, tyre flips, slam balls, battle ropes ect, Suitable for all levels of fitness and anyone wanting to take it to the next level.
Core & glutes.
A class that focuses on strengthening and toning your lower body and core.
A combination of strength enhancing and muscle toning exercises will target common problem areas such as abs, butt and legs. This class delivers an intense regime that is designed to yield results. Suitable for all fitness levels.
1-UP.
Like a bit of competition? This class is designed to be paired up with a partner to complete station exercises to 1-up on your team mate, 1-up against the other teams and 1-up on yourself.
Circuit based exercises with varying targets to challenge yourself individually and as a team, don’t have a partner? No worries, we will pair you up with another member, suitable for all levels of fitness & is a great way to push yourself to get results in a group environment.
ZUU.
ZUU is holistic functional fitness at its best. ZUU will increase your strength, cardio and mobility as well as benefit your mental health by challenging your mind-body connection in an inclusive and fun environment.
A registered training modality using bodyweight and primal movements, ZUU is a training style suitable for all ages and fitness levels, from elite sports people to absolute beginners wanting to get their body mobile again.
Spin.
This high energy cycling class is a fun, energetic and heart-pounding cardio workout great for all ages and fitness levels. Going at your own pace, but feeling motivated by high energy music, your trainer and your fellow ‘spinners’, you will experience a highly efficient full body workout that optimises fat burn and muscle toning.
Slow Flow.
Postures are generally held for longer periods, and the transitions between poses are a little slower. The more gentle nature of this class is great for beginners, but is also wonderful for intermediate and advanced students who feel like slowing it down and sinking deeper into their practice.
Vinyasa.
Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterised by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga.
Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.
The variable nature of Vinyasa Yoga helps to develop a more balanced body as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries.
